Please order before 12 noon for same day delivery. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next day or on a specified date. Preferred am or pm deliveries can be requested but are not guaranteed. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday; we do not deliver on Sundays, with the exception of Valentine's and Mothering Sunday .
Emergency orders will be undertaken wherever possible - please contact Flowers of Borough Green direct on 01732 886222 and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Deliveries within a 5 mile radius of our shop in Borough Green are deemed to be local and will be delivered by our own delivery drivers. Deliveries outside this area will be sent via another florist.
For local deliveries, should the recipient be out at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers/plant undercover and in a place deemed safe to leave or the goods will be returned to the shop and a calling card left advising the recipient where their gift is. For all non-local deliveries we are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the sending florist. If you would like a copy of their Terms & Conditions please ask us to email them to you.
All funeral orders are confirmed with the undertaker and they will advise us by what time they require flowers. If flowers are to be sent to a residential address please state funeral time together with correct delivery details.
Flowers sent to hospitals, care homes and businesses will be delivered to the main reception. Please check with the hospital first that they are happy to receive fresh flowers or plants and that the patient is still there!! Hospital deliveries must state the recipient's full name and name of ward.
We will not be held responsible for any orders which we are unable to deliver due to either incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you or if the recipient is away on holiday.
Neither we, any courier that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from circumstances outside our control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, illness, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
