Your Order
Due to seasonal and market availability we reserve the right to change some or all of your flowers, plants, gifts or packaging with an item of equal or greater value and quality.
Please be aware that actual colouring of flowers and plants may vary from that shown on your computer monitor or from any printed images.
Flowers may be delivered in bud or tight to ensure the longest vase life possible.
For your order to be processed and delivered you must provide us with all the relevant details requested, including the recipient's name, full delivery address with postcode, and the recipient's telephone number.
We no longer send orders overseas.
Some flowers, greenery and plants may be harmful or poisonous if swallowed or may cause skin irritation.
Cancellation
Cancellations cannot be made within 2 days of order date, as your flowers will already have been ordered direct from Holland.
Personal Messages
Any message intended for the recipient will not contain anything that may be construed as obscene, vulgar, racist, harassing, threatening, abusive or deflamatory or which may cause distress or embarrassment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices shown include VAT. - VAT Registration Number 405 513 823
Payment can be made by all major credit cards, including American Express.
Payment will be debited when you submit your order. We will contact you if your transaction is rejected.
Delivery
Please order before 12 noon for same day delivery. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next day or on a specified date. Preferred am or pm deliveries can be requested but are not guaranteed. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday; we do not deliver on Sundays, with the exception of Valentine's, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Emergency orders will be undertaken wherever possible - please contact Flowers of Borough Green direct on 01732 886222 and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Deliveries within a 7 mile radius of our shop in Borough Green are deemed to be local and will be delivered by our own delivery drivers. Deliveries outside this area will be directed to another florist or via eFlorist.
We no longer send orders internationally.
A signature is required against all deliveries.
For local deliveries, should the recipient be out at the time of delivery, we will either leave the flowers/plant with a neighbour or they will be returned to the shop and a card left advising the recipient where their gift is. For all non-local deliveries we are bound by the Terms and Conditions of either the Executing Florist Shop, Courier or of eFlorist. If you would like a copy of their Terms & Conditions please ask us to email them to you.
All funeral orders are confirmed with the undertaker and they will advise us by what time they require flowers. If flowers are to be sent to a residential address please state funeral time together with correct delivery details.
Flowers sent to hospitals and businesses will be delivered to the main reception. Please check with the hospital first that they are happy to receive fresh flowers or plants and that the patient is still there!! Hospital deliveries must state the recipient's full name and name of ward.
We will not be held responsible for any orders which we are unable to deliver due to either incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
Neither we, eFlorist or the courier that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from circumstances outside our control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, illness, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.

Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants you are advised to make any complaint within 1 day of receipt of the product. We guarantee seven days of freshness for your flowers, plants or associated items from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, you should take a digital photograph of them and email it to info@flowersbg.co.uk or bring the damaged flowers to us at Flowers of Borough Green, 39 High Street, Borough Green, where we will be happy to replace them. If you want a refund rather than a replacement we will refund you the cost of the damaged stems.
We will inspect all Products returned to us as faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged we may recharge you for the Products and the costs incurred by us.
Please be aware that should you make a complaint after 1 day of receipt you will not automatically be entitled to a replacement or a refund due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants. However, there may be circumstances where a refund is deemed necessary. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management..
This does not affect your statutory rights. We are pleased to receive any feedback to help us provide a high quality service at all times.
